Staff
Pastor Jeff has been on staff since 2007. He is the director of our counseling ministry and training center and is responsible for the educational ministries of the church. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in biblical counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, is a certified counselor and Fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC), and a Chaplain in the Air National Guard. He loves the outdoors, especially adventuring with his boys and hunting.
Kristen joined our staff team in 2024 as a Ministry Assistant. She has over 20 years of experience working with the public and helping people in managerial roles. She started attending Grace in 2023 where she found salvation in Jesus Christ. She loves being a mom to her 5 children, spending time with her husband and reading books.
Cindy has served as Ministry Assistant at Grace since 2007. She has an Associates in Secretarial Science from Genesee Community College. Cindy enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family.
Nathaniel joined the Grace staff in early 2026. He graduated from Clarks Summit University with a Bachelors of Science in Bible. He assists in the counseling ministry and training center. He also serves on the missions team and assists with the discipleship program. Nathaniel enjoys spending time with his family, camping, playing guitar, playing games, barbecuing, fishing, and construction.
Owen has been an intern at Grace for three summers, as a youth and young adult intern. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Bible from Lancaster Bible College. He enjoys music, playing board games with his friends, and taking walks.
Bailey has been a pastoral intern at Grace since March 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roberts Wesleyan University. Bailey enjoys having deep conversations, going on walks, playing and watching sports, and spending time with his wife, Hayley.
John has been an intern at Grace since April 2025, as a youth and young adult intern. He is pursuing a Bachelors in Pastoral Ministry from the Northeast School of Theology and Ministry. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and playing board games with his friends.
Greg joined our staff team in 2020 as the Director of Communications. He has a Bachelors of Science in Bible with an emphasis in Health & Physical Education from Clarks Summit University. Greg leads and supports multiple ministry outlets of Grace from community groups and outreach to media and communications. Greg enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor recreation, and working on car and house projects.
Martha Woodruff became our Director of Children’s Ministries in August of 2022. She oversees the five children’s GraceKids classes on Sunday mornings and the two KidZone clubs on Sunday evenings. Having been a fifth grade teacher for thirty-five years prior to serving at Grace, Martha has a Bachelor of Science degree from Houghton College and a Masters of Science in Education from SUNY at Geneseo. Martha enjoys playing piano, walking her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
